500gm cream
200ml olive oil
1) Melt chocolate over double boiler.
2) Meanwhile whip cream until soft peak
3) Add olive oil into melted chocolate
4) Finally all the chocolate-olive oil mixture into whipped cream.
5) Do not refrigerate!

Chocolate mousse with olive oil
